Cancellation Policy
Cancellations before 72 hours of trip time will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations within 72–24 hours of trip time will receive a 95% refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours of trip time or no-shows will not receive a refund. We don’t guarantee weather. We’ll do our best to run trips even in rain, or we’ll reschedule or provide a rain check for a later date. Trips cut short or returned early at the client’s request will not be refunded or discounted. Passengers deemed unfit to travel by the captain will not be issued a refund or discount.
Please note: Wildlife sightings and island stops are common but never guaranteed. Conditions on the water and animal activity vary daily. Your safety and enjoyment are always our top priorities.
